How to redeem an Escape This gift voucher

Gift vouchers can be redeemed online via our BOOKINGS PAGE, or over the phone with our Box Office bookings team. If you’ve received one of our eVouchers or gift vouchers, you can redeem it by simply entering the unique voucher code at checkout. Just select the escape room experience and available time that appeals most to your sense of adventure, then add it to your cart. At checkout, you will see the option to enter a gift voucher code; here, add the code and continue the steps at checkout. Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming your booking details and you are good to play!
