The Haunting has a difficulty rating of 7 out of 10. Bring on the challenge! In The Haunting, the clues are generally easy to find, but solving them can be a challenging, while still offering plenty of fun and excitement. Recommended for players who've experienced an escape room before, but still great for beginner-level escapers up for a bit more of a challenge. Learn more about our difficulty levels here.

The Haunting has been designed for adults with a tense and sometimes gory horror theme. Therefore, it is not suited to children and is restricted to 18 years and up only.

Unfortunately, no. The Haunting escape room is strictly 18 years and over. This applies to all members of your group even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Absolutely, you can book multiple escape rooms, including The Haunting, to start at the same time. Please use our multi room booker to check availability and place a booking. 

You certainly can, it is a popular thing to do and adds to experience! Whatever you choose to wear please wear closed footwear and, ideally, something that is comfortable to move around in.

You'll have one hour to escape from The Haunting. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and if you allow for 15 minutes afterwards, to catch your breath and debrief, your whole experience will last around 90 minutes. If, however, you are amongst the lucky few that escape The Haunting with your sanity intact then your time with us may be a little shorter! 

The minimum group size for this escape is 4 people due to the difficulty and logistics of some of the puzzles, and maximum group size that The Haunting escape room can accommodate is 12 people.

Our group limits are set to optimise gameplay and ensure a truly immersive experience for all our guests. Fortunately for you, it is company policy to never compromise on your gameplay experience so these limits are NOT flexible! 

If your group is larger than 12 players we suggest that you book multiple rooms to start at the same time and split your group across the rooms. Thus ensuring the very best experience for everyone in your group.

Spoken cues and clues are a key element of our escape rooms. Presently, these cues are only available in English, though we are working towards multi-language options. To ensure the best escape experience in the meantime, we recommend that the majority of your player group should be fluent in English.

The Haunting is a challenging room with intermediate level puzzles. Ideally, if this is your first escape room, other members of your group will have played a few rooms before. For a group of purely first time escapers we would recommend trying Bank Heist or The Wizards Chamber.

Like all escape rooms, The Haunting is a controlled lighting environment. It may feature periods of complete darkness and/or flashing lights. Similarly, you might experience confined spaces and/or jump scares during your escape. If you have any concerns or questions, please raise these with our Gamesmasters at check-in.
