Perth's Spookiest Halloween event is set to return in 2022...
The spookiest time of year has come and gone, but this year’s Halloween is one all of Perth will talking about for a long time to come!
Having kicked off on the Friday before Halloween, Escape This’ heritage listed Northbridge escape rooms centre was transformed into the freakiest ‘Haunted House’ Perth has ever seen.
Encased in spiderwebs, guarded by the skeletons of failed escapees, swarmed by vampire bats, and with more jack-o-lanterns than pumpkins in a pumpkin patch, 48 Lake Street was a spooky sight to behold over the Halloween weekend, and that’s without mention of our ghostly light show and the actual ghosts paranormal investigators, Etheral Sisters Paranormal, uncovered on the night!
Like our building and costume-loving gamesmasters, we asked Halloween escapers to ‘dress up and turn up’ at our Halloween festival of spooks and boy did our customers deliver! From ungodly nuns to sheets ghosts and characters from the Saw film franchise, we witnessed a plethora of spooks enter our escape rooms. We were so impressed in fact; we’ve put photos below for your amazement too!
A worldwide first, our Witching Hour midnight escape room sessions were a HUGE success too! Every one of our rooms – Horror and Adventure themed – ran at midnight on All Hallows’ Eve, which does, at least in part, explain why Halloween 2021 was our busiest weekend on record!
